Facebook Marketplace for dealerships

Every unit on Marketplace. One minute per listing.

Your reps list straight from your website's vehicle pages — photos, specs and a description in their own name. You see who posted what, catch two reps on the same VIN, and get told when a sold unit is still live.

How it works

From your VDP to a finished Marketplace listing

A Chrome extension for your reps, a dashboard for you. Nothing to integrate — it reads the vehicle pages you already have.

For the manager

Marketplace stops being a black box

Facebook gives dealerships no reporting on what reps post from their personal accounts. Lot Board does.

Attribution you can trust

Every listing is logged against the rep who posted it, stamped server-side — it can't be logged under someone else's name.

Duplicate VIN guardrails

Warn the second rep, or block the listing outright. Your call, one switch. No more three reps fighting over the same unit.

Sold-unit alerts

We check your website every day. When a vehicle disappears, the rep who listed it is told to mark it sold — before buyers start messaging.

Leaderboard

Active listings, posts this week, posts this month, per rep. Put it on the showroom TV and watch what happens.

Branded lead photo

Your logo and “Ask for Sam” on the first photo of every listing, applied automatically from the watermark you upload.

Used & New inventory support

The extension reads new and pre-owned VDPs alike, marks the condition on every listing, and flags in-transit, demo and “call for price” units before a rep posts them.

Descriptions written per rep

Headline, factory specs decoded from the VIN, the dealer's own highlights and a call-to-action with the rep's name — no two reps post identical copy.

Nothing posts without a rep

The extension fills the Marketplace form and stops. The rep checks it and presses Publish on their own account, so every listing has a person behind it.

One link to onboard the floor

Send your invite link. Reps sign up, install the extension and they're attached to your store. Rotate the link whenever you like.

What is full Marketplace coverage worth to your store?

Most stores list a fraction of their inventory because it takes ten-plus minutes a car. Put in your own numbers.

Straight answers

Questions managers ask first

Does it post for my reps automatically?

No. It fills in the listing form; the rep reviews it and presses Publish on their own Facebook account. Nothing is posted without a person looking at it.

Is this an official Facebook integration?

No. Facebook doesn't offer a Marketplace API for personal accounts, so Lot Board works as a browser assistant. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, and your reps remain responsible for following Facebook's rules on their accounts.

Which dealer websites does it work with?

It reads structured vehicle data, page data layers and spec tables, so most platforms work out of the box. Anything it can't find, the rep fills in before posting.

What do my reps need?

Chrome on a computer, their own Facebook account, and your invite link. Setup is about two minutes each.
